Conway was pointing out that Welsh isn't Gaelic. The Gaelic languages are
the three Q-Celtic languages. That is Irish Gaelic, Scottish Gaelic and Manx
Gaelic. Welsh is a P-Celtic language like Cornish and Breton - as Conway
said it is Brythonic.
